entrust us with your private information, we in exchange for your trust agree wholly to treat your personal information with respect. Under no circumstances will Amerimax Capital sell or share any
personal information about you with any person or institution unless authorized by you.

2) Why we collect information.
3) How this information is used.

1)We are an independent commercial mortgage brokerage firm that arranges its finance through local and national banks, as well as various financial institutions and in some cases hard money lenders and hedge
funds. Our company uses it's relationship with a number of banks and institutions that we have built relationships with in assisting our clients in arranging commercial loans. We offer many unique borrower
programs for mainly commercial acquisition, refinance and commercial construction and development.

2) Information regarding a prospective clients financials is gathered on our website for the sole purpose of assessing your credit worthiness and in determining whether a financial institution will make an arrangement to lend to you (the borrower) based on the accurate information that you supply to us. Any information supplied to Amerimax Capital and entered from this website is done so on a voluntary basis. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to any other person or with any other person or organization except as authorized and instructed by you to do so.

3) The information given to Amerimax Capital is used to qualify your application and match it with a prospective lender based on the financial information made available to us by you (the prospective borrower). A pre-qualification form is used in every commercial loan application using your name, phone number, social security number, email address, income and expenses and other pertinent financial information that may be used to run a credit report. Before we do this we will always ASK YOUR PERMISSION.

If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy in the future, we will notify you. We may even notify you even if you have requested not to be notified.
