Loan officer gets all required loan information from the borrower
and passes onto an Amerimax Processing Center. Processor, who
is in close contact with loan officer, takes all necessary
steps for a loan to go through smoothly.
Processor will prepare paperwork, establish correspondence
with banks, helps loan officer with pricing and sets up the
closing. Amerimax Capital home loans will make closing providing
all legal support. List of Attorneys and Banks is also available
for loan officer's discretion.
After the successful closing, Amerimax Capital will issues
50% to 75% payment of the total commission to the loan officer.
