Origination of the loan, evaluation of the loan scenario, structuring of the transaction, preparation of financial data for underwriting, full back-up legal team and negotiation assistance as well as co-ordination of the closing process. We offer full back-up, a processing team to remove time spent on paperwork and the ability to walk you through the deal from origination to closing.
